Every person needs a stable social environment with positive relationships that offers him possibilities to grow and to prosper.

Focus2xchange aims to help young disadvantaged people like street kids, homeless youth, youth in crime situations and their families in their own social environment.

In the past twenty five years we developed thirteen different methods to approach these problems.

We completed 80 projects in seven different countries including The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Romania and Russia and we have advised many other countries about our approach.

All methods are developed in cooperation with youth, field workers and people within local and central governments who are politically responsible.

We use an approach-to-measure for each individual person.

We work with a youngster for a short (10 to 12 weeks) intensive intervention period, aimed at re-activating or creating a stable and positive social environment.

On all of our projects we had independent research done by several universities. Following about a thousand youngsters for several years we can say that six out of ten changed their situation permanently in a positive way.
